Default Don't know if there is one

I like alpha lipoic acid for several reasons but especially due to its being fat soluble and able to get past the BBB. But there are some questions about the wisdom of relying too heavily on a single one so I prefer to use a mix without going too heavy on dose of any one of them. Also I try to use things like green tea extract that have multiple functions as well.

Lightbulb I have the CD from Dr. Blaylock - its good

Dr. Blaylock explains that what sets us up for neurodegeneration is
one toxin or toxins can easily pass into through the blood brain barrier once it is over burdened...

since I own my copy - I may put a few minutes of it on you tube but first
I must get the okay...

Co Q 10 is still the energy the heals the cells
so it is very good still...
then there is N.A.C. cant spell it out but look it up -great book
The big orange colored book by
-Phyllis A Balch CNC
called -prescription for nutrtional healing -7 million copies have been sold
and it has been updated -now it is orange
was blue?

looking at rev's list Silymarin sp?/? is in milk thistle...it is a flavonoid
