Default Greetings, new member here.

I recently caught onto this community through a search on the Internet. I thought I would join. It looks like a great bunch of people here. What a community this is! My name is Will. I am 30 and have Muscular Dystrophy. While my health is deteriorating I try to keep a positive outlook on life. I hope I can learn something from the other members who are a part of this community.

Sincerely,

Will

Hi Will,

You sound very brave, with a fun streak. I hope you post when you see something of interest.

This is just me, but when I had tetanus, I found that the more stressed I was the worse my symptoms became. Even now, the nerve damage flares up when there's a lot of stress, which there was today. So by mid afternoon I was all bent over from my stomach muscles getting extremely tight again.

What helps me is resting.

Do you find you are the best in the morning? first thing when you get out of bed?

That's what gave me the clue that sleep and rest were healing.
