Default Hello

I'm kind of new on this site, I've been dealing with depression and anxiety and ocd and insomnia and the list continues forever, everyone around me has pretty much given up on making me better because it just doesn't seem worth it anymore, so now I'm joining support groups hoping that they don't give up on me too. I really don't know much about this site, I have a lot of exploring to do, but I thought I would just say hi and.....well, I'm horrible with small talk, so that's it.....

Hi Ashley,

Glad you found us and we won't give up on ya because you are worth it!

It can be so overwhelming at times. First off how can we get you some relief from that insomnia. A little sleep helps a lot of things look a bit better.

Take a look in our vitamins forum. Once I started taking some magnesium at night is slowly helped my insomnia.

You'll find tons of great caring people here so take a look around.

Hey, except for the ocd, I got the same "list" of challenges. So guess what........we belong!
