Default compression at t7-8

I am just getting over my second cervical surgery and now found ou th that i also have t6-7 herniated ane t7-8 herniated and compressing the cord, also all lumber disc are bulging with l4-5 stenic. thoric pain is the worse, my doc wants me on the fentanyl patch but he cann't write it as he is a pa. my neuro surgen sent me to what we thought was a pain a pain management doc but all he does is shots and he won't touch me to dangerous ( surgen said the same thing) well anyway the unpain amnagement doc did write a script for the patch for just one month to give me time to get a doc who would write it, and the patch helped so well it's the 1st time in 3 years with hardly any pain, but now i am getting yhe run around(no one at pain management will take my ins). does anyone have any advice for me. I just went back to work and am afraid i will run out of the patches and there is no way i an work with out them the pain is sooo bad thanks to all and hope you all have a pain free day

darlene thank you for the reply, but i have been calling pm all week with no results even called ins. for pm"s but everyone they gave me doesn't take the ins. anymore, at my witts end, finally found something that works and cann't find anyone who will presc. it for me. Only if i pay out of pocket which is impossible after being out of work for 5 months. any suggestions?
