Hello, I was in a car accident about 3 weeks ago and have had problems with my back for about 4 weeks now and have had CT and MRI done and have found out what is wrong with my back. Does anyone else have disc herniation problems.

Hi dch1 and Welcome to NT. I have had L-4 ~L-5 disc herniation in the past and I can attest that it was indeed, miserable. Lots of PT, oral steroids and several epidural injections. I have it relatively under control right now, but when it starts to ache, I back down from physical exertion.

Hope you can find some relief and Welcome again....
