Default Help understanding test results

Hi ,
I had a ct scan of lumbar spine due to pain in low back, leg, and some numbness. My ct scan shows
1. bulging disc at midline at L5-S1 which appears to mildly impress into thecal sac.
2. diffuse bulging disc at L4-L5, greater to the right of midline which bulges into the right neural foramina with narrowing.
3. mild diffuse bulging disc at L3-L4

I also had a myelogram which showed Anterior extradural filling defect at L4-L5.

After the myelogram I had another Ct scan which showed
L4-L5 bulging of the intervertebral disc, eccentric to the right, with bilateral neuroforaminal compromise right more extensive than left.
L5-S1 Small right paracentral focal disc protrusion with the impingment upon the thecal sac and ipsilateral nerve root.

Any help understanding these results will be greatly appreciated.
