Angry Yesterday was Sooooo Bad!!

Halloween Day I had my deposition in preparation for my trial. Ugggg! It was ugly to say the least. I could not take any pain meds prior so I could stay alert and awake. That was no fun. It took over 5 hours.

The opposing Attorney was such a **** to say the least. Did you know folks that RSD is only in our heads? And that anyone with it needs to spend at least a good solid year in mental health counseling to "get over it"? Yup that is what she said!

Did you know that RSD cannot spread? Even from a car accident or surgery? Yup that is what she said.

Did you know that folks with RSD (excuse me..supposed RSD) use this as a excuse to get narcotics? Yup! That is what she said.

Believe me, that is what I went through all morning. This attorney was nuts. I asked where she got her information from. She told me that She gets to ask the questions, not me.

Did you know that if you got to a pain management counselor or greivance counselor (when I lost my Mom) you are automatically a mentally person? Yup, that is what she said.

Do you know that I stuck to my guns and I never lied, I was extremely persistent, I never relented not even once and I told her she was grasping as straws! Yup, that is what I said!

Chin Up everyone. Love Mark

Default Hi Mark,

It sounds like you got in the last word. That was so funny.

As far as lawyers. It's like the joke goes. What's worse then a bus load of lawyers going over a cliff.
One seat was empty.

I have yet to see a lawyer in my time worth his weight in salt. I hear people say they have a good lawyer and then they come off with what they came out with and I start thinking, ok what part of this is good.

I am sorry you had to go through such a horrible experience with that lawyer. What an idiot. Educated but not educated.

I hope even though you feel it didn't go good enough for you that it turns out good.

In all we go through at least we can keep our sense of humor.

Ada

Dear WickedGood,
I am so sorry about your terrible time - the medical proffessional that you saw needs to study more about RSD - how dare he say those things that are not true???
I would see someone else who is more understanding
ALWAYS stick to your guns

Default Thanks all

I have come along way with my typing. I now use Dragon Naturally Speaking. It is amazing software once you get it set up properly. But yes. My therapy is going great and I am improving so well. I thank my Good Lord Above for everything.

I still have to stop and think for words and alot of the time I have to go back and take out the wrong ones, but this software puts all of the correct spelling in place for me.

Chin Up!!! Mark

GRRRRRRRRRR!

That is just dispicable!!!!!!
I'm SO sorry, I hope you win.

I can't believe people can be that cold or ignorant. If it's all in RSD patients heads, why do they have physical symptoms like, swollen parts, skin lesions, nerve damage and muscle loss etc.?

GRRRRRR!!!!

LET ME AT HER!
