Debbie,
Get in a hot tub, as hot as you can stand it. Its the only time I feel no pain.
Good Luck and I hope you fell better.

Debbie,
I am so sorry to hear that your dealing with this in your knees too. I also have RSD in my right elbow and I know how painful & irritating it is. The only way I can deal with my elbow besides meds is lidoderm patches and a soft fuzzy mushy pillow for my elbow.
Many Hugs to you and wishing you relief soon.
&Dawn

Default hey deb

sorry that you feel as i do....i agree with dawn--lidoderm helps my elbow, arm, lower back, neck and now my thumb i feel like a mummy all wrapped up in a lidoderm package...they say only use 3 patches a day but my body needs them in more than 3 places so i use them all when i need to (like everyday)
the fuzzy pillow helps too and one pillow to bite on when the pain level gets too high....hugs and understanding ---and i will be praying for some painfree moments for you and us all---linda(moonstar)
