Default not a TENS but some sort of electric stim device

Anyone know what this device is? I tried it in PT today. it clips onto the earlobes and looks similar to my TENS unit but the PT said it's different. I used it for an hour. Any ideas what it does in regards to TOS and if others found it helpful?

so nobody's tried this yet? I didn't really feel anything but I think it's the kind of thing that builds up over time. I didn't get a feeling of a current on the muscles the way I do w/the TENS.

those searches are easy for me - I highlight a topic - right click and in the options it shows a search Google for "---" whatever is highlighted"
then i just click that and boom there it is!

Is that just something my setup does?
Firefox w/ Google as the default search?
can anybody else do searches that way?

more about it- Cranial Electrotherapy Stim
