Got your VM but felt so crappy yesterday I had not the strength to reply. i'll ring ya later in the week.

Had one of those days today that put me back in a bad place like a year or so ago.

Just wanted to cry all day.

Better today but its up and down. Saw Dr J today and he was very conversational...and cute.
