Default free EFT session for a Frozen Shoulder {Sebastopol, CA}

I saw this in the newsletter, so thought I'd post it here if anyone was interested.

[Would you like a free EFT session for a Frozen Shoulder and do you live within an hour's drive of Sebastopol, CA?

We are conducting an EFT research project and need 6 people with limited shoulder movement problems (Frozen Shoulder).

It is the inability to move your shoulder freely that is important here and NOT that it may involve pain.

To qualify you must commit to (1) have your shoulder movement evaluated between February 18-22, (2) receive an EFT session by Gary Craig on March 17 and (3) be re-evaluated on April 14-18.

Everything will be done in Sebastopol, CA and you must commit to drive there all 3 times. For details, please call Michaela McGivern at 707-217-7732. No cost involved.]

Hi everyone!

I know I haven't been on for a while, but I am suffering from a Frozen Shoulder and it has been very,very painful ! I thought may be if I went to Florida the heat would help but it just got worse . I came back to Mass about month ago and I have been in SUCH pain ! I've never had a frozen shoulder and my PM doc said PT for me, but so far I have had a tough time.

Has anyone else had this ? If so what relieved the pain for you ? Thank You Jo for posting this but I am not in the right state unfortunately.

I hope everyone here is good and hope everyone has a pain free week.

Has PT tried using any of these for your shoulder?
{low level laser, ultrasound or electric stim - IF type stim- not TENS}

And on the EFT site I'm sure there is a listing to find a practitioner in your area , maybe you could wrangle a free tx from them??
Doesn't hurt to ask about it.

There is the free download that you or a friend, can do it yourself.
Basically a pattern of tapping on face and upper body and focusing on some phrases while you do it.

Hi Jo...
Thanks for responding... PT has just started with ultrasound and some stretches ,heat and ice.. So far it seems to help when I am there but when I get home it starts throbbing again .. I know about heat .. ice.. and I have talked to my PT and she know about the RSD and TOS so from now on just heat and we will see how that works out..she did talk about Elec. Stim.. I have had that before but not for about 2 years now . Thank You for the info on EFT I am going to check into that.. All I know is that this came on very suddenly and it really puts me down because I don't know much about this condition.

But as always.. everyone here knows how to make people feel much better...

Thank You Jo so much....

The ultrasound always worked wonders for me but it only lasted for a day after I went to PT.

DOnt know if there is a connnection but I remember from some of Towelhorse's posts that the shoulder is innervated by the long thoracic nerve which comes off C5-C7 so can be related to the TOS. Maybe so a search on stretches for the LTN. Might help
