Default post laminectomy problems...

Hi everyone
I had a laminectomy on 3-19..
I am guessing i have sat up a bit too much as my leg pain as returned with a vengance!!!!
I go back to the doc next week.Just wondering if anyone here might have some tips on the best way to relieve pressure on my lower back.Would it be a good idea to prop pillows on the sides of my back while laying...etc!!
I haven't been unable to sit up for 3 days now..ANY input is appreciated. Thanks~

Its been almost seven years since my last surgery...fusion...I have for 17 years propped myself with pillows...behind the back in front one between your knees...

Have you tried doing any stretching...lay on back and pull your knees to your chest...this helps stretch the ligaments so they don't hurt because of lack of use.

Did your doc give you after care instructions??
