I just spoke to Tammy. Craig said he wanted to go see the doctor when she asked him about it. She knows he must be hurting to want that. His doctor is out of the office for a week but they told her to go ahead and take him to the ER or urgent care facility to make sure he's OK.

Say a prayer all is OK and that he is just banged up. She'll call or update us when they get home.

Well, I hate it that he's in pain but glad he's going to the ER. Sometimes injuries like his hurt worse the second or third day after the initial accident. I hope that's all it is - just bruised.

I am just glad he's finally going to get checked out. When you are numb in some areas you never know how bad your hurt. I hope it's just the bruises too.

good cause when i read about them hitting a bump in the road and it hurt his rib my first though was broken rib. If any of you have had a broken rib you know you cant sneeze, cough, yawn, laugh, jump, slip, twist, jump without extreme pain shooting through you, hopefully it will just be a badly bruise one, which also hurts just as badly when you do all of the above but will heal quicker.

Ok, just talked to Tammy. Craig is fine and the doctor said it's a miracle he wasn't hurt far worse. Apparently, our Craig is a daredevil and was going too fast when he went off the trail. Talk about living on the edge!

She'll be on later to update and fill you all in on the details but for now, he is fine and healing like he should.

Tammy, glad Craig is doing well! Tell him there comes a time when we must all hang up our adrenaline junkie shoes! Or wheels! I missed what had happened to him and when Sandy told me I about fell off the couch!I know yall need a little adventure but I'm thinking power chair+steep gravel trails= not compatible!! LOL But what am I saying I still run people over all the time in mine and bump into things on flat ground!

It turns out that the trail was wide and made for wheelchairs. Apparently when he hit a bump, going a little too fast he lost control of the joystick and that's how he went down. I know Jim has done that when he hit a doorway.

Hopefuly Tammy or Craig will come on and give us all the Naschair details. lol
