Default Help in reading latest mylogram

1. Status post solid fusion at C5 to C7 with uncinate spurring bilaterally particularly at C5-C6
2. Above the fusion at C3-C4, spondylosis is seen w/advanced forminal encroachment and exburant facet arthropathy particularly on the left
3. Foraminal encroachment left greater than right at C3-C4
4. Fairly prominent disc/osteophyte complexes at both T2-T3 and to a slighter extent at T1-T2 which reach the level of the cord but do not cause frank compression
5. Please note that the facet arthropathy at C4-C5 is markedly prominent w/vacuum facet phenomenon and exuberant hypertrophic changes, primarily on the left
6. Lumbrosacral spine showing degenerative changes with marked disc space narrowing, marginal osteopathic spuring and endplate scelerosis at L5-S1
My pain in my neck is worsening and my right arm is painful. Prior surgeries were from left arm pain.
My biggest problem now is lack of sleep. I toss and turn all night. The neurologist gave me a presription for Neurontin, I hate it. It makes me woozy and gives me heartburn. I'm only taking it when I'm in severe pain. I also read it can cause weight gain. Believe me becuase of my inactivity from the pain in my neck, I've gained ten pounds in the past year. My "big" jeans aren't big any longer! Just another trial and tribulation of being a spiney. Anyone have any thoughts about my above findings?
Happy Spring,
Dawn
