Default The misinformed public ...

Watching "Inside Edition" on TV a few minutes ago and saw a short item about MJFox and stem cell research.

Dang if the host didn't confuse Bradykinesia with Dyskinesia. I've heard TV news people do that many times in the past and it always gets my goat.

Michael is the "face" of PD, people take their cues from him - so there he is in full Dyskinetic squirm and the voice over says "... here's Michael J Fox - not hiding the devastating effects that Parkinson's has had on his body."

Sheesh.

Why am I always the first with a smart *** comment? Don't answer that. lol

Michael needs to send in a clip of himself totally off and say, "this is the devastating effect of PD on the body. You saw me when I could function."

paula

oh glad to see you ahead of me Howard. Dyskinesia is awful
