Crazy Ouchy

can i just complain? would anyone else like to?

my back and neck hurt soooo bad today.

hubby was snoring. woudn't roll over. nothing was going to stop him, but duct tape. i was told that could be illegal of me.... so left the room.

i layed on couch. not a good thing. i had flipped onto my stomach. the pillow was higher than i am used to. my neck was twisted...my back out of wack.

i can barely move.

so maybe just a thread were we can all commiserate over daily or chronic pain? give tips to releive it? if it can be?

pain free hugs.

TY twink.

i try and be nice. it's him that has to get up early to get to the club. (work..for those who don't know..not his own workout)

but yeppers..next time his pah-too-tee to the couch!

i really should have known better. i could have used the little blow up bed. guess i should blow it up before bedtime, so i don't wake everyone.

i have i nice warm moist towel onmy neck right now. then i'll take a nice hot shower, see if that loosens up my neck.

I am with you monkey.

I wake up every morning with a headache at the back of my neck and jut ouchies everywhere in my neck and shoulders. A hot shower always helps. I got a mouth guard for my TMJ but I think it makes my headaches worse.

Curious those arm rolls on the couch are the worst thing to sleep on they totally mess up your spinal alignment.

I slept funny last night too. It's Ibuprofin time.

Hope you feel better soon.

I thought of something else: Some times, when everything hurts, going back to sleep later (taking a long nap) helps .

Me?

I'm wearing a heart monitor, and have no idea if the monitoring company is receiving the readings at this point (since its tech has failed to keep a scheduled appointment to do the re-setting and verifying the set-up w/a test reading); the vision in my left eye has gone squirrel-y; my PCP is farming me back to my rheumatologist for everything since she believes I need stronger medications (okay, so I got "stuck" on an exam table in her office a couple weeks ago); I've not, yet, received the paperwork for COBRA. How's that for a litany .

And, the good news is: One of my sunflower plants has reached 8-feet .

when will you find out if the heart monitor is being monitored? one of hubby's friends went through that. he had to do all over again. found out his heart if only working at 30% sad, but he needs to lose weight and told hubby on friday that he won't get back in the gym until he hits 300. just 4 pounds to go.

sending prayers that the cobra gets kicked in fast! i know that is big worry.

lol..do you eat the sunflower seeds or let the bird have them? we used to grow them like that. it was fun. the kids got a kick out of eating some and feeding the birds.

idiot me ended up on the floor last night. no way could i handle the couch.

i was trying to think positive about him not snoring. why? haven't a clue. there hasn't been one night in years.

i had gone to the fitness center last night. worked out some of the kinks in my neck. did lots of stretches and the weights really slow. it helped.

even with sleeping on the floor, my neck isn't so bad. my back is trashed.

i am determined to get this extra weight off. i know it is causing me more pain.

oh, a bright note, hubby promised me we are going to get insurance!!
