Ive felt like crap.
This fatuige is awful,and I think Im haveing more pseudo exacerbations.
today,my toung,left side of my face was numb,my left leg,and I had a pretty bad ms hug.
It lasted only a few hours,and is better now,So I probably have another sinus infection.

Yay ,huh!!
The story of my life....
That and summer temps are here in oklahoma,its been in the lower 90s,and that always makes me fell like crap.
Oh well,itll be over soon,I HOPE!!!

yes,AMN,tornado alley has been horrible. MOthers day weekend,the torndao that hit picher oklahoma,it only a few miles from me.

Trough all of the feeling crappy,the fatuige,and such I have managed to help with the clean up.

That is probably why I feel so bad.
I am not the first that has complained of my sinuses being messed up since the tornado,matter of fact theres many others.

we tend to think that all the crap in the air from that tornado it messing with our allergies,which is probably very true.
I have been doing some reading on the neti pot,and it is sounding promiseing.
I hope it works as good as i hope it will.
