Default LDN and DM together

Does anyone know of any benefits or any problems associated with taking both low dose naltrexone and dextromethorphan at the same time?

Not I. Is this a "hedge your bets" approach?

I would guess, however, that the combined amout of both drugs should not exceed the recommended amount of either one (approx. 3-5 mg each night), since the "low-dose" principle appears to be important. This guess is based on the strong structural similarity of the drugs, as well as their essentially identical effects in the animal studies of Dr. Hong and his lab group at the NIH.
