Bad news--I think you have to get a diagnosis BEFORE they put you on the show. Bummer.

Did you see the thread I started yesterday?

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread49206.html

Some of your symptoms may be from sinus problems alone.

Sinus problems = headaches, phantom tooth pain, TMJ, ear aches and that under water feeling, trouble swallowing, swollen glands, recurring cough.

Infections = hot flashes, heat intolerance, trouble sleeping, fatigue, nauseau, weakness

Never thirsty = dehydration, constipation, dry mouth, etc.

What are your sinus problems exactly?

Cherie

Well, MM, if I didn't already think that it "Sucks to be Me", I'd think it Sucks to be You..

Having a Pity Party every now and then, is a good thing, but then you have to move on and not dwell on it.

Feel Better, Dear One..

I think you have to get a dx to be on the show, like B2Y said...

I watch and write down the names of the Drs though. Never know when you might get a chance to go see one of them.

At least you know those docs CAN dx something.

I'm not trying to go around labeling everyone with MCS now BUT your SX list looks a lot like what I have been dealing with for years.
Do you find your SX will come and go for what seams like no reason? Ever feel better after you have been sitting outside for a while?

Here's my SX list...
Blurred vision, eye pain - comes and goes
Jerky Eye Movements - comes and goes
Flashing lights in eyes - comes and goes
floaters, spots that move on eyes - all the time
Muscle weakness and numbness - most of the time
Spasms, Cramps, Involuntary contraction of muscles - most of the time
Restless Leg Syndrome - most nights
Shaking - all the times, is worst at times
Partial numbness, tingling, buzzing and vibration sensations - comes and goes
Nerve pain and electrical shock sensations - comes and goes
Odd tingling feeling over body, like when you get chill bumps but I don't get "the bumps"
IBS
Short-term and long-term memory problems, forgetfulness - really bad all the time
Slurred speech and "loss of word" (can't say a word I'm trying to) - comes and goes
Increase in severity of symptoms with heat
Body hurts when cold
Swallowing problems - comes and goes
Not sleeping well - most of the time
Cold hands and feet - most of the time
Fatigue - most of the time
Ears ringing - all the time
Headaches - 24/7, sometimes migraines
Vertigo - comes and goes
Feeling of floating when laying down - comes and goes
Low body temp
Feeling like I'm dreaming and just can't focus on what's going on - comes and goes
Facial tingling - comes and goes
Feel like I'm not emptying my bladder all the way sometimes
Painful tailbone, can't sit and watch a whole move or drive very long
When I look up my eye lid doesn't always move up - comes and goes
Unable to tell hot from cold water with my feet
optical migraines/painless migraines
when I get chill bumps it hurts, feels like needles pocking me
Feeling like I have a bug crawling on my skin when there's nothing there - comes and goes
Burning pain in left hip since Dec. 27th 2007 and it's still going on - Now Gone completely
"Black outs", My ears ring, eye site goes black, I can't tell if I'm still standing (I hang on to something), last about a minute.
Burning throat that comes and goes
Burning pain in my nose, comes and goes
tingling feeling on my fore head, comes and goes, if it last long it becauses a migraine headache.

Now that I have removed most of the chemicals in my house my SX list is VERY short. I still have SX come and go but most of the time I know it's because I'm near a chemical.
