I would appreciate prayers for my daughter over the coming week. She leaves very early Friday (7/25) morning for a week long missions trip to Mexico. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God wants her to go on this trip and that she is in good hands. I'm also only human, so I miss her before she has even left the house, and admit to being just a bit concerned for her safety.

A group of six teens and three adults from our church are going down. They will be working with our former youth pastor. I know this will be a life changing experience for her.

Please join me in prayer for safety as the group travels, tender hearts, and showers of blessings from both sides of the border. Thanks.

weave as a parent i can feel your worries, yet the chance of this being an awakening is also good, godspeed on her safe return and may the trip be a lesson that will help her grow, and a prayer for you not to go goofy with worry, ask her to take some pics you can share when she gets back.

Got a phone call from DD last night saying she was there, safe, and getting settled in. Said I might get an email later in the week. I slept good last night.
