Here is an amazing website from Barcelona, Spain.
Their goal is to cross boundaries in fighting PD. They have both English & Spanish. (Spanish) http://unidoscontraelparkinson.es/default.htm (English) http://unidoscontraelparkinson.es/en/default_en.htm Another example of "a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens..."
