Frown hi

i am new to this forum, but usually post on the rsd one...........

our dog, buffy, had been diagnosed with pancreatitis..........he (i know, he has a girls name..lol) also had kidney and bladder stones............they won't do anything for the kidney ones, but they want to remove the bladder stones............he has been in a lot of pain with the pancreatitis, we are worried.........any help or suggestions for care for him....
he has been put on a series of meds, antibiotics, pain, bland diet etc............is the pancreatitis caused from the stones, or vice versa or is this three different things going on with our dog>? he is a bison frise...........twelve years old.......
thanks for any words of encouragement..................

I'm so sorry your Buffy is in pain. I wonder if anyone has had any experience here with that. None of my animals have had that problem. Let's hope someone comes along with some suggestions.

I'm back with some links that might have some ideas for you. Oh my, I've been reading them and I feel so sorry for Buffy and you.
.
He's lucky to have such a good mom who cares, though, and I think that's a big part of the battle!

Oh no! ((((Claudia)))) I'm so sorry that Buffy passed on.
.
I'm just so sorry. I know when our pets are ill and in pain and they pass on, it's difficult to get that out of our minds.

I'm so sorry Claudia. I hope your grief lessens quickly.
