I know, they are so precious. This is a very busy time of year for puppy mill rescues as this is when those mills start to 'cull' their stock with winter setting in...so they don't have to worry about feeding them.
.

But, I just thought those were just too cute!

OH DOTTIE!!!! Bless your heart, you saw that!!!??? That was how I found out that HUA is inundated right now with rescues and they are begging for foster families and adopters.

Anyway, Jenny from HUA emailed to tell me that Timmy had been adopted! When my daughter and I spent a weekend there this past spring (when I adopted Bruna), we met Timmy. I'm tellin ya, it just tore our hearts apart. He can't keep still because of the neurological disorder and I felt oh so horrible for him praying someone would come along and take the responsibility. He is so precious, but can't control his...well I guess to me it looked like a really bad palsy, his little head shaking all over the place.

But, Jenny said he is with a most spectacular and loving family! And not far from HUA. The people who adopted him ended up falling in love with HUA and now are constant volunteers there.

Red face they are really cute...

I wish I could adopt them. sigh

Always wanted a pug.

BUT it is all I can do right now with 3 cats. One very old one almost 21 now. The 15 yr old with tooth woes, and needing special food and medication attention and the young one bringing in
live prey --like yesterday and then barfing all over my bedroom.

Some days I feel like going Pet Free!

I hear you!

I could take them all. But also one day of peace and quiet would be nice.

I keep telling myself I have 5 pets now, and it would be unfair to all of them to bring in one more. I'm at my very limit. I'm no Dr Doolittle.

That is so sweet! I hope somebody will adopt the two of them together!

Doody

I really considered adopting him. I was concerned with the long distance adoption and also because of his condition I was afraid my two long doggies would shun him.

I have heard that sometimes dogs will shun or even attack other dogs with these types of ailments.

But, he did steal my heart. Im thrilled that he has found his FUREVER home.
