We are all concerned about you,and want to hear from you,so we can help you,because we love you. Please don't ever think that we don't want to here from you,because we do. We want to help you when you are down. Don't ever hesitate to write something down for us to help you with. It's hard to be alone,and face something like this.
We are all human,and have a need to talk. We have a need to share whats hurting us to someone. That's what this forum is for. It's for people to help one another,and I can tell that people are very sincere on this website. We love you. Let us hear your troubles. Let us bear each others burdens, as we are to help one another on this earth. BF

Yes Alffe I want help, I need help. I've been "bad" and I told my pdoc everything so she wants me to meet her at the hospital to get my meds straightened out and talk to me to make sure I'm safe from myself. I am trying to care about myself. It's hard when you're stuck and I know I'm stuck. I was looking up grief today and found what I'm going through, in my mind anyway.
Chronic grief occurs when the survivor was totally dependent on the deceased person. These survivors are insecure and anxious and need the deceased person's presence to soothe them--something they never learned to do for themselves. Hanging on to the grief is the closest they can come to hanging on to the deceased. This makes sense to me but it doesn't. I just don't know why I can't stop thinking about them.

Oh BJ It is good you called doc and talked with her . God bless you!!! I dont know how to express how proud and happy hearing that makes me. I am short on words right now but from inside of my heart know I have you in my prayers as I know the rest of our family does too.

You know, what you wrote about chronic grief... "Hanging on to the grief is the closest they can come to hanging on to the deceased" That makes perfect sense to me. I guess the key is to try and figure out a way to break the cycle.. to not let the grief over-ride ones very being. To find a way to hold onto them tightly, but still thrive and embrace ones life in today... for their tomorrows. We are all works in progress, you dear BJ are a master piece!
