Default Word recall

Hello everyone. My name is Janice and I use to post here as janjanhiggs. It's been awhile and I decided to change my username.

Here's a bit of my story. I was diagnosed at age 35 in Nov 2004. I am now 39. I am currently taking Azilect 1mg, Sinamet 23/100 (5 times a day), Tasmar 100mg (3 times a day), Trental 300mg, Wellbutrin XL 300mg, Trimethobenamide 300mg, Clonazepam .5mg.

I had been using the Neupro patch and it was a God send for me. At the time I took only Azilect, Wellbutrin & the patch. Since I've had to go off of it in May I have been in a downward spiral. (more about that later).

My question to all you wonderful PD'ers... does anyone have issues with word recall. This seems to get worse for me by the week. It has really effected my job and my self esteem. I can't seem to ever express myself the way I want to. The words fail me and I end up stuttering & stammering trying to make my thougths known. It is so depressing.

Has anyone found something that helps with this particular symptom? I would appreciate any tidbit you may have to offer. I am really at my wits end.

Thank you in advance for you help!

Janice
