OMG this is so easy!

Xerox is doing something very cool! It is FREE and it only takes a second.

If you go to this web site, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers over there need to know we are behind them.

Can't thank you enough. Now, in addition to speaking to every Fireman I run into when I'm shopping... I walk up to them, shake their hands and say "Thank You", well now I just sent off a bunch of thank you's to soldiers in the armed services.

I wrote a personal note.

This is so neat and it made me feel real good. I read some of their responses to when they get these post cards.

Sometimes, we are so busy in our lives that we forget that there are young men and women serving and risking their lives every day, SO WE CAN HAVE OUR FREEDOM.

So again, thanks for the opportunity to let them know how we feel about them.

No problem. My cousin's son, became a fireman AFTER he became a police officer. His family is not thrilled but they are supportive.

You should see me when I'm in a supermarket and all those TALL firemen walk in (I gather they are the cooks??) and they are buying all kinds of stuff, and I walk over and I say "oh, you're the cook today?" and they laugh and then I say: "if no one has told you this today, please let me ...Thank you for what you do".

They all say "hey, thanks for that".

We need to remind ourselves from time to time that these guys risk their lives every time they go into a burning building.

I've yet to meet a female firefighter. I know that they have some but not around my neck of the woods.

Can you imagine me walking up to a female fire-person? I can't wait to do this.
