Remember when I did all those emails to the companies praising their products? I've been getting LOTS of free coupons, cents off coupons, and it's been going really good.

Well today was the funniest thing!!! The mail comes and there's this big package from the Splenda people. I didn't know who was sending me because the return label just said "Customer Care Division".

So we open the package, and there's this package of yellow things. Alan looks at me, I look at Alan and we both go "what the heck are these things?"

Oh, they sent me dollars off coupons and tons of Splenda Recipes. Great stuff.

So I'm looking at these yellow things and Alan says 'call up the splenda people, they HAVE to know what these yellow things are".

So I just did. I get the customer care person and I'm thanking her for the coupons and then I blurt out "by the way, there are these 3 yellow things in this package". She bursts out laughing and she goes "oh you don't know what they are"???? and I said "I have no idea".

After laughing her head off she says:

COOKIE CUTTERS!!!

Good Lord, I AM an idiot!!

LOL...Yellow for Easter, red for Christmas, orange for Halloween..I don't bake much either. My daughter did all that, she loved it. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have known what they were either.
