On Christmas Even during WWI (not sure which year)
The Scots and the French and the German put down their arms... they sang Christmas Carols and played "football (soccer)" and shared camaraderie with each other... for that brief moment...they shared a pipe of peace.... ~~~~~~~ may each one of us find peace within our hearts, in this war(personal or international), in this life... dropping our "weapons" of distrust, dismay, displeasure, or distress, and are able to find a moment of peace... to you all... and to our troops...
