Wink still using two...

no stiff necks in the morning and no leg cramps.

My foot of the bed sheet one...is hanging at the end since I have Jersey sheets...it works that way too..just off the end of the bed, suspended there. I think it would fall out if I had conventional sheets tho.

I am convinced this has to be due to absorption of volatile hydrocarbons our bodies give off. A placebo effect would not last this long.

But for some, whose problems are due to other reasons, may not see the same results.

I have two bars of ivory soap at the end of my bed, under my sheet, resting atop of the my mattress. I change these once a month.

After the month, I take the Ivory soap bars, and put them in the bathroom. One in the shower stall, and one in the soap holder by the bathroom sink.

works out just fine doing this.

And I haven't had a muscle spasm since.

God Bless that man who told me about this at the neuropathy support group.

I wrote to Ivory soap by the way. haven't heard back yet.

lol

Oooh..Glad you brought this up! I had it at the foot of my bed, worked great, washed & changed bedding, soap on floor, my gnat-sized attention span forgot to put it back..
