Default Pumpkin Bread-Grain Free
Does anyone have a recipe for a grain free pumpkin bread? Or one I could adapt...I am not a very imaginative cook. Cyn

Check out pecanbread.com.

Their recipe sections has lots of pumpkin/squash based recipes... including a couple of pumpkin ones. I've used one of their pumpkin/peanut butter breads and then altered it to suit my family's needs. We like it quite a lot.
