Default Sad news

Yesterday, some relatives of my MIL were in a serious car accident with a semi. 5 people were in the car; I knew 4 of them -- they were all in their 80's, I think. 3 of them were Life-watched to area hospitals. The driver of the car was treated and released.

An 86 year old male passenger died today. We just spent a Christmas evening with him and his wife last week, when they hosted extended family at their home, following a meal at a restaurant. His wife is my MIL's aunt. They were such a nice, gracious couple. We are also friends with their son and his family.

I am so sad for their family.

Thank you. His wife remains hospitalized, in fair condition, as does a 5th passenger.

The wife of the driver remains in critical condition.
