Default Updates from Legzz
I know I know it's been a while Far too long really.

So here's the scoop! New Years Eve and I have big plans when my boss calls me into his office and tells me the company nationwide has had to cut 14 positions. Of the two VA stores, only one position was cut and guess what!! Oh yeah it's me. Doesn't matter 13 other people were hired after me including my boss but I am the first and only one in VA to go. So I am a little hurt, but in all reality I hated the morons I worked for and driving 50 miles each way was really taking it's toll. So i am officially unemployed! Thanks for your service have one weeks severence and thanks for keeping this company running when we had no one and nothing in stock.

And the "stress induced optic neuritis" has been a real thrill ride. And I started Copaxone. Which isn't so bad really. Oh and when you think it can't get any worse..... my guinea pig dies. So i have given up on looking to the future because you never know what life is going to throw at you and I have learned to just live one day at a time. Waiting on my thyroid test results and the new meds associated with all of that. Hope everyone is doing well. Hopefully I will be online more next week.

One day at a time . . . I agree. (Easier said than done though, sometimes... ).

Sorry about your job. Sorry about your guinea pig. Sorry you got sick!

What a horrid way to start the New Year. I truly hope that things improve soon for you. Gosh, let's hope they improve for all of us.
