When you return your own rollator to the grocery cart corral & stand there bewildered about how to get to your car.

First of all it's important to remember, to start with a full deck..LOL

Just thinking of going to the grocery with my rollator, makes me want to take a nap..

I went to the store yesterday. Put the groceries in the car,took the
cart and started walking around with it and said what do I do with
this?

This really scared me. Finally when my brain connected and I put
it in the holding spot where it belongs, I had a little walk to go without
any support.

If I use a cart I usually leave my cane in the car. I try to park close
to where the carts are so I won't have to worry about handling the cart
and cane.

Lately I have been having too many (I can't remember) times. I go
March 6th to see the new Neuro that was recommended to me.

I guess when you have mobility issues you are more aware of others who do.

That is why whenever DH and I are out and about and we see someone who may need help we always offer.

Most are happy to have help with a cart parking or worse getting one or loading bulky items.

We live in a small town so that makes a difference too with issues of trust.

If I were there I would have helped you.

it must be in the air even here in Maine!

loaded the bottles in the car today to take them back so to get a pack of cigs - started down the road and had to stop and think "OK, where am I going" - honestly had to think about what way to turn!

yep at work today, I was stocking up the front counter area, I usually tend to talk to myself, like listing what I need next as doing one thing. So then helps me recall what I want to do next. Well here I peeked in one cooler and thought oh choco milk for cooler, walked to the back, what a mere 10 to 12 steps towards back I was like HUH< what am I going back to get?!

I vote nap always hehehe hugss,sarah

ha ha ha glad it's not just me! I went upstairs to pee, got up there forgot why I went up there checked on DD went back downstairs to let the dog out we step outside and then remember I gotta go too!
