Default Z-Coil shoes question ?

Yesterday, I purchased a pair of expensive z-coil shoes because of heel pain,I have from a heel spur I heard these shoes are great for foot or back and or leg pain so I'm hoping there going to work for me. My question is I also was told that because of the spring(coil) is works your leg muscles I'm just wondering if it's going to be good for me or not because I have some spasticity in my legs. Does anybody with MS own a pair of these shoes and how do you like them. Thanks Kristi

Not a user, but I've seen a pair in motion, the guy looked very, very happy.

Is your balance pretty good then, Kristi?

Hi, Cindy
Yes my balance is good, it's just I have terrible heel pain from my heel spur so hopefully these shoes will help.

I haven't even heard of those shoes but I have had experience with heel spurs. I was having a devil of a time with one and called for an appointment to see the doc and maybe an injection. In the meantime I did something to throw out my back and I had generic Flexeril and Lodine ordered for the back. I guess the generic Lodine was stronger than my Aleve I was trying until I got some help for the heel. Well the Lodine I got for my back has nearly taken away all my heel pain. Now I don't know what the heel will feel like when I'm off the Lodine but I'm enjoying it now.
