Default feeling hot, Parkinson's symptom, relief?

My mother has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. Symptoms actually began about three or four years ago when she was prescribed Symbyax for agitation and depression (i soon understand that this is not a great or advised med for an older person). Shortly after taking the Symbyax she developed increased hand tremors, the "stopping" while walking, not being able to get her feet to move.
For a year or more she has been taking carbidopa/levadopa with success in controlling tremors most of the time and increasing mobility and decreasing rigidity.
The new, very bothersome symptom, which we do not whether it is related to Parkinson's or not, is that especially when she takes a nap or lies down to go to sleep at night, she will often experience becoming very hot even with persperation and a kind of burning hot, very miserable.
does any know of ways to control this?
thank you: carol
