Okay, I wish you guys could have been there, but this latest class was SO MUCH fun! I put up pictures of the most important thing...the FOOD!
LOL Phew, that was great ! And chocolate emporium did open up their GF/CF candies, so we are just set for the holidays. Who else has been baking up a storm?

Very impressive, Laura! Where do you get all that energy??? Kudo's to you for a job well done.
I have no time to bake. I have a new puppy that is taking more time than my own babies ever did! Cara

Ah, well puppies are insanely time consuming. We cheated and adopted a full grown greyhound, who was already house trained and quite easy to adapt to life in a house. It was a cinch in comparisson to the puppies we had as kids!
Good luck!

Ohhh, please post your recipes! But I can't do any with nuts or nut flours, so if you have substitutions, that would be great. I've actually been baking a bit myself since I took a gluten free baking class. But since I've put on some weight with the goodies, I've stopped baking. It's really hard to rock climb when you put on the weight!
