Default I fell off my perch !!!

Gosh...my posts are a bit like buses in England. Nothing for ages then a load come at once!!! However, had to share this. Read it a a warning.
Read it for a laugh. Read it so you can confirm how dumb I am.
JUST READ IT !!!

Have just caught up on a few threads...insomnia and pain mainly...both affecting me badly at the minute hence the interest.
Well I think I`ve already mentioned my neuro put me o n a drug called ZOPICLONE to manage my severe sleep disorder.Because I am only allowed no more than 2 a week [due to it`s severity I imagine] your body doesn`t get used to it as it would other drugs which have a slow build up to tolereance.I guess this drug "stands alone" in so much as I take it when I need to catch up on several nights of lost sleep.
The instructions clearly state to take it no more than 15 minutes before getting into bed, such is its effectiveness of knocking me out.

I ignored the warning didn`t I? I took it then sat at my computer.
DOH. The next thing I knew was my head hitting my tiled kitchen floor and tremendous pain in my right foot which had hooked around the table leg.

To an onlooker I must have looked like a budgie falling off it`s perch!!!

I now have at least one broken toe,a bruised head and the realisation that I am so dumb not to heed the warning.

Looking on the bright side,as I so foolishly do for much of the time...I had a great sleep though, albeit on the kitchen floor.

Always read the small print....yawn yawn.

Nothing especially wrong with the kitchen floor, as long as you're able to handle the dose of humility that comes with it. Home is usually pretty safe. Be safe, steffi.
