Default Allergy and vertigo problems.

Pray for me. My allergies are acting up big time and my vertigo is acting up with it. I hate to go to the doctor again for him to look in my ears and see nothing. I, also, have trouble with allergy medicines because of my high blood pressure. Any suggestions what to do? Right now I trying to stay inside as much as possible with very little light on. Light seems to trigger headaches. I really need to pray for myself.

Well, I have read honey helps with allergies.... One spoon every night.... Perhaps you can give it a try.
