I drink so much coffee, and I know you drink a lot of coffee too. I think just switching from 1/2 & !/2 to skim milk (and sugar to stevia) made a big difference. It didn't take long to adjust to the change. I'm still drinking my coffee that way, and am only using 1/3 of a stevia packet now.
I didn't notice much difference in taste with free half and half, but it's full of crap… I think you were the one who pointed that out to me though. I can easily take down a whole pizza myself, too  Aside from the pizza, it sounds like yo are eating healthy

Bizi,
My childhood had lots of trauma because of alcohol. I am still affected by the alcohol to this day. Hubby and I do not drink. M |

I tried to change the icon to a trigger warning but it is still the exclamation point so I asked chemer to change it for me. She has not gotten back to me yet.
