I usually take large amounts of prescription lactulose, plus a lot of other things, and I've tried everything from both ends at this point, and nothing is working. The new med should be kicking in today.

Mari, the greasy **** does go down easier. I am eating crap. I made frozen chicken nuggets and tater tots for dinner last night. I didn't have a lot, and I tolerated it pretty well.

I'm avoiding fiber. I was impacted before I started the diet, was taking the 2 tablets of FiberCon twice a day I always took, and I think the high fiber diet aggravated the situation.

K,

Yeah, the fiber does not work for everyone.

I looked up once or twice the mechanism that involves Verapamil -- nothing to do with fiber.

I eat lots of fiber only because I like chic peas and lentils. "Upping" my
fiber does not help. In my case, oil helps as I said.
I keep track of oil / protein / carbs / calories on MyFitnessPal.com. so I know
exactly how many fat grams I have.

On occasion. I take almond oil (not much taste) or coconut oil (tastes good)
via Tablespoon.

And of course, when I used to eat a whole pint of ice cream, everything went
well the next day.
