They only eat dry food with the occasional people food thrown in. The vet always asked what they eat. She seemed to think that dry food is better, and she was happy with what I was feeding them.

When I think about wet food, all I can think of is Phoebe from friends singing:

Smelly cat, smelly cat, what are they feeding you?"
