I call my case manager, and councilor when I'm freaking out. I usually call in the early morning when this happens. I leave them telephone messages.
I am very concerned about my future. I've been reading the Bible for encouragement about the future. BF

I've been better in the last several weeks. I hope that people close to me won't freak me out any time soon. If they do, I go through so much pain. They will never know how much pain, and torment goes through my mind, and pain in my emotions. Fear is a horrible thing to have to deal with.
I hope that people close to me choose their words with grace, and peace if they have something to tell me. BF

I'm very glad that you've been doing better
 When you're sensitive, disclosing just how much certain things may hurt you is a tough decision. You are being kind and making it easier on your family by not putting any restrictions on their interactions with you, sometimes at your own expense. I hope that they treat in the loving and gentle way you deserve
