i tried the three m but that didn['t work so i upped it to six. that worked.
i was tired all day yesterday and the day before. I read one person write that they gained ten pounds ."No anticholinergic effects or weight gain vs placebo (sugar pills)"" from their website |

Bobby I am sorry if this new medication is not working.
What time did you take it? Do you create a routine for night time behavior like no computer or electronics one hour before sleep, too stimulating. HOw about reading a light book or magazine before lights out. How comfortable is your mattress? I forget is this a new bed for you? We just flipped ours last night and It felt good! Had not done that for years. Were you able to get some sleep? ((((HUGS)))) I am so sorry that you have difficulties sleeping. I wish there were magic pills.... bizi
