Default posting messages

Hi, sometimes when I write a post and click submit, there is a message that I am logged out and the post is lost. What am I doing wrong?

thank you

The system will automatically time you out after a certain amount of time passes.

Some will type a long message in a text program on their computer then copy it to the post text box to aviod auto time outs.

Or if on your own computer- when you log in check the "remember me" box and that will often avoid the auto log out issue also.

Smile Retrieving a Message When Logged Out by System

I have found when the system logs me out, I sign in again and then go back 2-3 pages and find the message I had typed and click on either preview or submit, the message is not lost. I have been logged out by the system many times (as I usually have many interruptions when writing a post) and I have not yet lost a message -- as long as I follow these steps.

I hope this also helps in retrieving messages.

Warmly,
DejaVu

Another way , if you use tabs in your browser..

Have 2 tabs open to NT, or even 2 browser windows open if you would rather do it that way.

Use 1 to log in and the other to post & type the message, then if you do get logged out, use the other one to log back in, so you can submit the post in the other one.
