Tongue Digital eyestrain:

Here is an interesting article:

http://www.thevisioncouncil.org/digi...in-report-2015

I've been having some of this in my left eye --it fatigues by the end of the day. So I try to take breaks more often now. Then the next morning I can see fine again!

I'm glad they highlight 20/20/20.

Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

I've been doing......trying to do this at work but it's hard when there aren't any windows.

Shocked

I've had to cut down the time on computer AND watching TV. My eyes get so tired they can't focus. If I do that then I'm alright.

Default eye strain

i have found looking away helps and changing the color balance (RGB), but don't turn down brightness if you can help it because the leds don't dim they flash faster to dim the screen
