You poor darling....hopefully with the love of your children and friends, you will get through this , simply because you have to. i lost my husband 2 years ago by suicide, leaving me with some pretty serious health issues. i know the pain is unimaginable, just unimaginable, but although you never forget them, the shock and pain does ease, truly it does, you won't think it now, but it does. Although it eases there will always be days which you feel will set you back. i enclose a short article on Grief for you.
