I've done many yrs of yogurt, from goat milk, plain, some with sugars and right now I'm not in the mood for yogurts, but I know it's higher in potassium. I take a daily probiotic so I'm covered there...I'm liking my new found coconut water, refreshing and high in potassium. I was talking to a friend yesterday who is 10 yrs older than me, and she deals with a lot of health issues and can't spend time in making all the great foods she ate for all her life....she agrees she is lacking potassium. She's going to work on that more and buy some supps...she had a blood pressure spike in the cardio doc's office the other day and she's always had lower BP.....so for her I'm thinking the potassium too. thanks.

Heart Thank You, One and All!

Thanks to everyone contributing to this discussion. It's been an interesting read. I enjoy seeing the different comments. It takes a village to have such a well-rounded and open discussion! I know we all respect one another here, which makes it so much easier to just openly discuss and share!
I have missed my NT family while away.
