Default Can some one please help me with his diagnosis?

The other day my sister asked me to play Yahtzee with her (a game we have previously played on numerous occasions). I apparently said I could not remember how to play. She kept asking me but I did not remember. She eventually thought I was purposely annoying her and shw went and got Dad. Upon Dad questioning me he became worried and took me to the hospital as I could not remember basic things. I apparently would repeat the same question over again yet it was as if I didn't hear the anwser so I repeated it more. The doctors ran a few test yet could not diagnose me. Upon me waking up the next day I had no recollection of this but I felt like I had a hazy dream about a hospital but nothing else. Before this occured I was perfectly fine, its almoat as if a switcj flipped and I lost my mempry. Can anyone tell me what they think happened to me or if this has happened to them? Also should I be concerned that this may happen again? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Something very similar had happened to my Mother a few times. It would sometimes last into the next day with no memory of the incident. Looking back at what happened just shortly before her loosing touch, it seemed there was a stressful incident (one time my brother had been shouting at her); another something next door happened that she appeared to block out.

Nothing ever came of any of this. I think it happened about a total of three times within a couple of year's time frame.

Hope this is something temporary for you as well.
