Default some confusion regarding thought harmone and neural signals

Who generate thought?
How our thought affects nervous system and and endocrine system functioning which are main communication system in the body?
If we change our thought pattern then can we change our all endocrine and neural system communication in the body?
Final question which I am wanted to know all previous questions are in this context only. Can we eradicate wet dreams? Like many saints talk about celibacy?

If possible Please explain these confusions.
