Default B Vitamin Therapy

I take them all separately and every few days a B complex. I just found that taking separate B2 can help with more energy and I'm taking now a 100mg cap could help my issues more. I've read that many with migraine issues take B2.

Headaches are not my issue but OA sure is. I do all I can to keep moving and in reduced pain.
